Jotunheimen National Park

We've already shared pieces of some of our main highlights in previous posts, but have saved some of the substance for when we had a bit more time to sift through the tons of pictures we took.  Our drive past Jotunheimen National Park was tremendous in itself, but the half day trip into the park to Leirvassbu lodge and then the subsequent hike was the most unexpected pleasure of the trip.  We knew that the fjords and glaciers would probably deliver (and they did), but in the future if we were planning another trip around the same area of Norway this park would get more time. If you see bright green, orange, or pinkish spots in any pictures that is Sydney, Evelyn, and Juliet in their windbreakers, giving scale to the magnitude of their surroundings.
