We did it!

Yesterday was a big day because Joshua and I each entered our 48th state (ND for me and MN for him). We drove from Badlands SD to Grand Forks, ND after enjoying a walk and then a short hike on our way out of Badlands NP. We couldn't resist stopping at the Corn Palace in Mitchell, SD and found people mid mosaic redesign. We met up with friends we made in Norway and started learning about Grand Forks (including the flood of '97). We had a great dinner at The Blue Moose in East Grand Forks, MN and the bridge connecting the two towns provided brilliant photo ops for our last 2 states. We are excited for this last stretch of our trip with lots of people on the agenda!
